Moon Royal Pratama is seeking a dedicated Assistant Learning Development to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of learning and development programs. You will work closely with the Learning and Development Manager to ensure that our programs are effective and meet the needs of our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of learning and development programs.
  • Support the Learning and Development Manager in the planning and execution of training sessions.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather information and feedback on training needs.
  • Prepare and distribute training materials and resources.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers.
  • Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with learning and development best practices and methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English is a plus.
