Billing Analyst

As a Billing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our billing processes. You will work closely with our sales and customer service teams to resolve billing inquiries, manage customer accounts, and ensure timely and accurate invoicing. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify customer invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Resolve billing inquiries and disputes from customers and internal teams.
• Manage customer accounts and maintain up-to-date records in our accounting software, such as SAP or Oracle.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate billing.
• Monitor billing processes to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Prepare and analyze billing reports to provide insights into financial performance.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in billing and accounting.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new billing procedures and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing and accounts receivable.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in billing and accounts receivable (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
