📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of ACMV systems in various projects across Bali.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for ACMV systems.
• Lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure optimal performance of ACMV systems.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate ACMV systems into building projects.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on ACMV system operations and maintenance.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in ACMV technology and implement new solutions as needed.
• Manage project budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective and efficient project delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ACMV system design, installation, and maintenance.
• Certification in ACMV system design and installation (e.g., ASHRAE, BREEAM, LEED).
• Proven track record of successfully managing electrical projects in the hospitality or commercial sectors.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
