📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.,Assist in the development of training budgets and schedules.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or related fields.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms is a plus.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
