• Oversee and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and coordinate logistics activities, including inventory management, warehouse operations, and transportation.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance overall performance.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the recycling or logistics industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing operations in a complex environment.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, and familiarity with logistics software like JDA or Manhattan Associates.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar quality management principles is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
