📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the company's travel and expense processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.,Analyze and report on spending trends and anomalies to identify areas for cost savings.,Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate financial records.,Maintain and update procurement and payment systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Provide training and support to employees on travel and expense policies and procedures.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.,Monitor and enforce company policies and regulations related to travel and expense.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and payable processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in a Procure-to-Pay or similar role, with a focus on travel and expense management.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.,Knowledge of travel and expense policies and procedures.,Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
