📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations and staff.,Prepare and cook meals according to the clinic's menu and standards.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies.,Train and supervise kitchen staff.,Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and improve the menu.,Ensure that kitchen operations run efficiently and smoothly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in managing kitchen staff and operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others.,Familiarity with dental clinic operations and requirements.,Knowledge of Indonesian and/or Western cuisine is a plus.
