In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and best practices.,Provide guidance and support to new employees onboarding process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training software and tools.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Ability to adapt to changing training needs and priorities.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
