📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily outlet operations, including staff scheduling and inventory control.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage replenishment processes.,Train and develop outlet staff to ensure consistent service quality.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outlet activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to travel and work in different outlet locations as needed.
