📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and coordinate production activities to ensure timely completion of projects.,Oversee the work of production team members, providing guidance and support as needed.,Maintain accurate records of production data and report on progress to management.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the production area.,Collaborate with other departments to meet production targets and deadlines.,Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards.,Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the production industry.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with production software and tools is a plus.,Understanding of safety regulations and procedures.,Proficient in Indonesian and English language.
