As an Assistant Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our financial products and services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for financial products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure technical content is accurate and up-to-date.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.,Assist in the development of user manuals, guides, and other technical materials.,Support the technical writing team in meeting project deadlines and quality standards.,Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide feedback and suggestions for improving technical documentation processes.,Assist in training and onboarding new team members in technical writing best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong understanding of financial products and services.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
