📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment to ensure food safety and efficiency.,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Train and supervise junior staff members.,Participate in menu planning and development.,Handle any food-related emergencies and incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cook or similar role in the food service industry.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Possession of a valid food handler's certificate is preferred.,Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.
