Mandiri Property is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Deputy Field Sales to join our team in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Field Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and driving the growth of our property development projects. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Field Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities and trends.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.,Prepare and present sales reports to the management team, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.,Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure seamless promotion and advertising of our property developments.,Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.,Attend industry events, networking sessions, and sales training to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and trends in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
