In this role, you will be responsible for managing our cashiering operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashiering operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Handle cash and non-cash transactions with integrity and confidentiality.,Provide excellent customer service, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and financial reports.,Train and mentor junior cashiers to ensure high standards of service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Monitor cash levels and report any discrepancies to the management.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of cash and supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a cashier or similar role in a retail or service environment.,Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic accounting principles and software is a plus.,Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.,Experience in training and mentoring staff is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
