📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of design projects.,Create visually appealing and effective designs for various projects, including branding, marketing materials, and digital media.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business objectives.,Ensure that all design work is consistent with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.,Manage the design workflow, including task delegation, progress tracking, and quality assurance.,Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders, and provide clear and concise feedback to ensure their satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.,5-7 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of success in leading design teams.,Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles.,Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.,Experience in managing design projects from concept to completion, including client presentations and feedback.,Familiarity with design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
