📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and growth,Manage and oversee the marketing team, providing guidance and support,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels,Monitor and analyze marketing performance to ensure effectiveness,Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices,Develop and present marketing reports to senior management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership role,Proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing strategies,Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with marketing software and tools,Knowledge of the electronics industry is a plus
