📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Document patient information accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care measures.,Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, following infection control protocols.,Assist in the preparation and administration of vaccines and immunizations.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous education to stay updated on best practices in nursing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Sarjana Keperawatan) or equivalent.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.,Valid nursing license and certification from the relevant regulatory body.,Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
