📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage procurement activities including vendor selection, contract negotiations, and order placement.,Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to meet operational requirements.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed.,Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and expenses.,Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement processes.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Assist in developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
