In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent for various positions within our organization. If you have a passion for building a strong team and a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you. This is a full-time position based in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to determine the requirements for each position.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recommendations.,Maintain a strong network of industry contacts to identify and attract potential candidates.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience.,Provide feedback to candidates and assist with the onboarding process for successful hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience in managing social media recruitment is a plus.
