Hotel Hana Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and auditing, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of financial integrity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting regular audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Reviewing and analyzing financial statements to identify discrepancies and potential risks.,Developing and implementing internal control procedures to enhance financial integrity.,Collaborating with the finance and accounting teams to address any issues or concerns identified during audits.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures related to financial reporting and internal controls.,Assisting in the preparation of annual financial statements and other required financial reports.,Providing training and guidance to staff on financial reporting and internal control best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in auditing or accounting, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal control procedures.,Proficiency in using accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
