📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitoring and controlling production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Coordinating with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Conducting quality checks and ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of production schedules.
  • Maintaining accurate records of production activities and reporting to management.
  • Troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
  • Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving production targets.
