📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP and Indonesian GAAP.
  • Manage the accounting department, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
  • Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.
  • Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process to ensure financial stability.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure the accuracy of financial records.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to the management team.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and Indonesian GAAP.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
