Toshiba Transmission & Distribution Systems is looking for a talented Sourcing Engineer to join our Global Manufacturing & Supply Chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and components. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.,Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, including both domestic and international sources.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.,Monitor and manage supplier performance, ensuring compliance with quality, delivery, and cost requirements.,Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.,Provide regular reports and updates to management on supplier performance and procurement activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.,Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.,Proficient in using procurement and supply chain management software and tools.,Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with global procurement and supply chain operations is a plus.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
