📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment and admissions strategies to attract and enroll students in our Spanish Academy.,Conduct market research to identify potential student sources and opportunities for growth.,Manage the admissions process, including application reviews, interviews, and enrollment procedures.,Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials for the academy.,Build and maintain relationships with potential students, parents, and educational institutions.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback to ensure the quality of our educational programs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in student recruitment and admissions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, or a similar role in the education industry.,Strong knowledge of the Indonesian education system and market.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.,Familiarity with educational software and tools is an advantage.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of achieving targets and meeting deadlines.
