📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide first-line technical support to ensure the smooth operation of MIS systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including software and hardware problems.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement system updates and new technologies.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the use of MIS applications.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a MIS environment.
• Strong knowledge of MIS applications and systems, including ERP, CRM, and other relevant software.
• Proficient in using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
