📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead the strategy, development, and launch of innovative card products and deposit solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new products into the existing ecosystem.
- Oversee the implementation of risk management frameworks and compliance standards for card and deposit products.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement of existing products.
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, payment processors, and financial institutions.
- Monitor and report on the performance of card and deposit products, providing insights for data-driven decision making.
- Mentor and develop the skills of the team to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies to drive the company's competitive advantage.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on cards and deposits.
- Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving growth initiatives.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards in the financial services industry.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in using financial modeling tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
