📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure the delivery of software projects on time and within budget.
• Mentor and coach junior developers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in software development, with a focus on applications development.
• Proven leadership experience in managing and mentoring a team of developers.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
• Certifications in project management (such as PMP) or relevant technical certifications are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
