🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of success in designing and implementing workforce planning, learning & development, and organizational change initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of HR software and systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and Cornerstone OnDemand.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification in organizational development or a related field is a plus.
